It is a very common mantra fed to republican faithful.. "it is the liberals who engage in name calling and lowering the debate". It is particularly amazing for Limbaugh fans to harbor this notion. Limbaugh is perhaps the biggest spouter of attack and denigration. There are others who run a close second but Limbaugh has the most reach. EVERY single day in addition to launching verbal attacks, the Rush Limbaugh official web site has quite a series of graphics that amount to name calling and personal attack....

The next time you wish to embark on a self-righteous tangent insisting it is the liberals who do the name calling and you are also a Rush fan, stop yourself. You will look idiotic. Besides, intellectual integrity is so much better. Why not just accept that Limbaugh and other republican performers and politicians love to engage in invective and attacks.
